My family has been buying cars from the Gerald Auto Group since the mid-90's and our cars are always serviced with the location at which they were purchased. That having been said, my recent service call with David Gonzales was very positive, although the news I received was not. Due to poor alignment, my tires wore unevenly so that they could not be rotated as I had requested. David brought out quotes for new tires (they don't carry the suggested tire in stock - not surprisingly, nobody does!) and was very helpful with additional places to purchase new ones. I'll be back for the service department to re-align my 2010 Legacy once I've gotten new tires. (Yes, I'm on a budget, so I'll do some online shopping before I order those pricey new shoes!) These guys always do the best work, and I feel confident that the work is done right the first time. I don't trust anyone else to service my car!
